Meet your educator
I’m Natasha, an award-winning hairdresser, salon owner and educator, and founder of Beauty HQ and Beauty HQ Training Academy.
With over 20 years in hairdressing, over 15 years working with hair extensions and six years running Beauty HQ, I bring both practical skills and real business experience to my teaching.
Investing in extension training was a turning point in my career. Developing a premium service helped me increase my income and build the business that made opening my own salon possible.
It’s also given me more choice over my time. I can earn more without filling every hour of my week with appointments, giving me more time with my family and the freedom to be there for school pick-ups. My business works around my life, rather than the other way around.
I founded Beauty HQ Training Academy to share the practical skills and business experience behind that journey. I’m fully booked with hair extension clients, so I teach the skills and approach I use in my own business — from the first consultation to building the trust that brings clients back.

Can I join if I’ve never worked in hair before?
Yes. You’ll be guided through the foundations, with practical demonstrations and time to practise. You don’t need previous hairdressing experience to join.
Should I choose small-group or one-to-one training?
Both cover the same three methods and include the same kit and learning resources. Small-group training lets you learn alongside others; one-to-one tuition gives you individual attention and more space to work at your own pace.
What if I find something difficult on the day?
You can ask questions, revisit a demonstration and work through the technique with guidance. The aim is to help you understand what you’re doing and why, so you have a clear foundation to keep building on.
How do I arrange my training date?
For group training, use the booking button and select your course date from the dropdown at checkout. For one-to-one training, contact me and we’ll agree a date that works for us both before you use the payment link.
